Refund policy

Returns will be issued in the form of a digital gift card only. Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition, and free of stains or smells. All tags must be attached to original item and bags sealed on accessories. Please include your packing slip and order number inside shipment box. Original Shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not offer free returns at this time, and you may email us regarding the return shipping address. Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase.

Items NOT Eligible for Returns:

  • Final Sale Items
  • Vinyl Decals
  • Custom orders of any kind
  • Trading Cards

Damages and issues

If you item is not eligible for return, please look over your order immediately after receiving shipment. Be sure to contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order if defects or damages are discovered. (Trading card packaging with rips or tears in plastic wrapping do not constitute as a defect and will not be eligible for return.)

Any defects detected after this time frame will be subjected to a restocking fee if return is approved.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or final mark downs.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
